by Paul Tautges | January 24, 2020 9:58 am
Anxiety is a persistent part of our human condition. It’s so common that an estimated 23 million Americans suffer from panic attacks, while millions more identify themselves as having some form of anxiety disorder. It is, therefore, helpful to realize how honestly the Scriptures:
uncover this side of human experience,
shed light on the effect that anxiety has on our bodies (and vice versa),
and fuel the faith that strengthens inner security and peace.
What does your anxiety look like? Is it mild worry?
Or full-blown panic? Or something in between? Whether you
experience nagging worry or debilitating panic, God’s Word offers hope and
help.
