Buried, Buried Down Deep in the Sea
Be counseled today by words from an old gospel song. What great encouragement comes to the Christian’s heart by meditating on such simple, yet glorious truths!
My sins have been buried, buried deep down in the sea; my heart’s therefore voicing, its praises rejoicing! A servant of sin I no longer shall be. Now the burdens I carried have been lost every one; and my sins which were many are forgotten and gone.
My sins have been buried, buried deep down in the sea; and now I am singing, the joybells are ringing aince Jesus has pardoned and sanctified me; oh what marvelous grace to my soul is received, from the wounds of transgression now my life has been healed!
